Julie wrote (March 2007): "Here is a photograph of my Grancher, Joseph Samuel (Middle) and on the left my Uncle, Roy Samuel. The man on the right is Larry Hill. This was taken in approx. 1960 at Ellwood. Joe kept the butchers shop in Milkwall with my Nan Hetty. None of the convenience foods then, Joe and Hetty made Faggots, Brawn and pressed Tongue. I remember helping Joe make sausages when I was very small".
